The Service allows users to document and automate their workflows by capturing them. This Privacy Policy pertains solely to information collected through the Service and does not cover information obtained through other means (including offline) or from sources other than the Service.

Please note that MagicHow does not record videos. The capturing period commences when you activate the capturing feature and concludes when you deactivate it. It is essential for the user to initiate the capturing feature in order for data collection to take place. The gathering of information regarding your clicks, keystrokes, and screen images only transpires during this capturing period. Information collected automatically: When you use our Service, certain information may be collected automatically, including:

  • Analytics information: We may collect analytics data directly or employ third-party analytics tools (such as Google Analytics) to help us assess traffic and usage patterns within the Service. MagicHow provides you with the ability to share your recordings with others using a unique, cryptographically secure, and randomly generated link. This link ensures a high level of security and can only be accessed by individuals with whom you have specifically shared the link.

However, it's important to note that when you share information publicly, your content becomes accessible to anyone who possesses the link to the particular workflow. If, by mistake, you disclose the exact link of a workflow to an unintended third party, that individual would have the capability to access the workflow.

8. California Privacy Rights

Under California law, residents of California have the right to request and receive, once a year and free of charge, a list of the third parties to whom we may have disclosed their personal information (if any), as defined by applicable California law, for direct marketing purposes during the previous calendar year. This list would also include the specific categories of personal information disclosed to those parties. 9. Children’s Privacy

The Service and its content are designed for individuals aged 13 and above.
